Free application to syncronize your Outlook Calendar with Google Calendar. The program is provided freeware, donations are welcomed ;)
Our Mission
Dear Visitor,
Our goal is to make a Freeware Software Develoment company. Our objective is to rely on users for the definition of what programs to develop, and what functionalities to add. This is why we chose UD Soft (from User-Defined Software) as the name of our company.
We rely purely on donations to sustain the software development costs. Donations will also allow us to keep on working on patches and updates.
We think our kind of company, if economically sustainable, could really challenge the software industry as we know know it. Our company could deliver to the user the program he wants, with the features he desires, for free, allowing him to contribute as much as he thinks the program is worth to him.
This is our pilot project. If we will be able to collect enough funds to be able to payback the initial investment for the Outlook-Google Calendar Sync app we will launch the company and start investing more resources and time in this business venture.
In our forum you can already find a section for new software requests. That is where we'll start for our next phase, if this first pilot works out.
If you like the idea of a software house like the one we have in mind, please support us. Your support will be decisive.

Great app, Unfortunatly it does not work on Outlook 2010 64bit. I got the message : "String not recognized as a valid DateTime"
ReplyDeleteSome help please
Dear wvsandwijk,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment. Sorry that the program is not working on your side.
Please note that we working on trying to identify and solve this problem. YOu are the second person reporting this bug. Fortunately it is a pretty rare bug. The program seems to come from some error in your date-time format either on google calendar or on your pc.
The programmer is now compiling a special version of the program to investigate this issue. Anyway it would really help if you could give us more information via email. Please, if you can, send me via email a screenshot of your pc time settings (right click on the clock of the pc and click edit date/time) and of your google calendar time format (go to calendar.google.com, click on settings/calendar settings and send us a screenshot of that first settings page.
My email address is francescocmazza@gmail.com
Thank you
Francesco
Hi Francesco.
DeleteThanks for a great app. Unfortunately I am receiving the same message as wvsandwijk.
Any clue?
Cheers.
I am also using Outlook 2010 64bit
DeleteHello Francesco,
DeleteUnfortunately I am also getting the same error message as wvsandwijk.
Any assistance in resolving this error message would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
hi,
ReplyDeletethx for this app.
With the last version i have an error:
"index was outside the bounds of the array"
I use Office 2011 pro plus 64x.
Dear Florent,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your feedback.
This error should be due to the fact that some recurring appointments in outlook have corrupted
data, probably from old versions of outlook or migration problems from
different systems. The solution of this problem is the following.
Please be careful as this procedure could delete all your
appointments, therefore please make a backup of your data. Here is the
procedure:
- Backup all your appointments for data safety.
- Open outlook
- Delete your google calendar (go to calendar.google.com, click on
settings-calendar settings, click on the calendars tab above, click
the delete button close to the calendar with your name on it)
- In Outlook click on view tab->change view->list; this will show you
all the recurring appointments packed together
- Edit the recurring settings of each recurring appointment and save
them. Any change will do. i.e. you could edit one yearly appointment
by changing it to daily, save it and then change it back to yearly and
save it again. This will correct any incomplete data
- syncronize the calendars."
Please let me know if this solved your issue.
Thank you
Keep on getting: corrupten archive of the zip file
ReplyDeleteDear Luma, Please try downloading the file again. You are the first one to have this problem, so I suppose it is due to some download error on your side. Otherwise please send me your email address and I will forward the program to you via email.
ReplyDeletePlease consider donating if you enjoy our program.
Thank you
Hello Francesco
ReplyDeleteyour app is awesome, but like 1 week ago I started having some troubles, same as
Florent-Damien
"index was outside the bounds of the array"
I tried your help with recurring appointments, but the problem is I dont have any recurring appointments in my calendar and it still says the same error.
Any help please?
Thx Jan Vaněk
how do i un-install?
ReplyDeletePerhaps adding un-install directions to the readme.txt would be nice. :-)
ReplyDeleteHello G,
ReplyDeleteYou can find the uninstall procedure in Control Panel -> programs -> Google-outlook calendar sync.
Sorry, I thought it was obvious, but it is clear I was mistaken.
Sorry,
Francesco
I am using Windows XP. I have looked in Add/Remove Programs and in the Start->Programs-> and in Start->Settings->Control Panels. There is no Google-outlook Calendar Sync in any of those locations. In the Start->Settings->Control Panels, there is no "Programs" at that level. :-(
ReplyDeleteThe reason that I am wanting to remove it is that I tried Google's sync program and that grabs about 10% of my calendar items. So, after trying a bunch of fixes off the web, i uninstalled it. I then tried your app and it sync'd about 75% of my meeting notices. This is my work account and I am not sure what the pattern is for why either program does not like some of the calendar items. So, i thought I would remove your app and try a third app (haven't looked for one yet.)
ReplyDeleteas for your app, i am getting "Index was outside the bounds of the array." If you would like I can help try to figure out the pattern to benefit both of us (and all of your users.) Is there any debug options that I can turn on?
Works well thanks I'll give you at last $10. Better than the Google app that only seems to sync some of your items. Only problem that I had was that when I first installed it, I got inpatient as I could not see it doing anything and pressed the sync button repeatedly and I ended up with multiple repeated events.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much Sam for your support!
ReplyDeleteYes the first sync takes some time and one tends to think that nothing is actually happening.
Have a great day and thank you for your support!
Hi,
ReplyDeleteGreat app!
But how do I know if its syncing?
I'm using Outlook 2007 and your app has installed successfully.
I can see the buttons on the tool bar..
ANy help gratefully received...
I'm now getting an error
ReplyDelete"cannot locate occurrence information for this appointment"
Does this work with Outlook 2003? I can't find a synchronise tab. Jonathan
ReplyDeleteSame issue with my Outlook 2003, error free install but no Sync tab available.
DeleteHow do you stop from multiple entries showing up in Google Calendar. I now have a four of each calendar entry copied over from Outlook.

ReplyDeleteI am trying to use this at work, but no luck there. I'm behind a proxy server that needs authentication and there's no way to enter my credentials...
ReplyDeletePitty! It looked so promising.
I somehow could not. I also read the article here. This has nothing to do with writing though http://www.gmailsignins.com/how-do-i-synchronizationimport-outlook-with-gmail-google.html
ReplyDeleteI want to create crear cuenta outlook
